If you’ve ever met us, you’ll know that the Indicium team is made up of curious problem solvers who are deeply connected to the people and places around us. We’re passionate about applying our skills to build practical, scalable technology that makes a real difference - protecting people, communities, and the planet we all share.
In 2023, we started the process of becoming B Corp certified. We saw B Corp certification as a way to formalise our commitment to doing business differently - not just in the impact of our solutions, but in how we operate as a company, support our team, and contribute to our local community.

The certification process gave us the space to reflect on our practices from all angles and improve where it counts. More importantly, it’s provided a clear framework to keep us accountable, and ensure our impact grows as our business does.

​To maintain our certification, we’ll need to recertify every three years, continuously improving our practices and staying accountable to the B Corp standard. For us, it’s not a one-time achievement — it’s a long-term commitment to doing business better, for people and the planet.

What is a B Corp?
A B Corp (Certified B Corporation) is a business that meets high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
Certified by the non-profit B Lab, B Corps are assessed across five key areas: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers. The certification evaluates how a company operates - from its supply chain and employee policies to its environmental footprint and community engagement.
It’s designed for businesses that want to balance profit with purpose and use their business as a force for good.
